Classified as a Class 1 high-power user equipment, the FirstNet MegaFi Fixed boosts cellular transmission by up to 6x extending coverage and increasing building penetration. First responders will be able to effectively communicate deep inside buildings, elevators, basements, parking garages, and other hard-to-reach places.
Enhance Response Efforts
Once set up, the FirstNet MegaFi Fixed creates a WiFi hotspot with increased uplink power, enabling a stronger link with AT&T towers. Supporting voice and data over internet, critical communication for successful response efforts becomes more robust in previously low-reception building. Connect phones, laptops, or IoT devices using Ethernet or WiFi.
Robust Connection with High Power
Built for AT&T MegaRange, the FirstNet MegaFi Fixed only works on the AT&T network. It supports FirstNet Band 14 as well as other AT&T LTE Bands. High power is only available on Band 14. Throughout the MegaPortal, device can be remotely monitored.
About the Nextivity SHIELD FirstNet MegaFi Fixed HPUE
The Nextivity SHIELD FirstNet MegaFi Fixed HPUE is the highest-powered cellular router available to keep first responders connected in fixed locations, such as public safety answering points, command centers, offices, and remote sites.
Designed for AT&T FirstNet MegaRange, it works with FirstNet Band 14 as well as other AT&T bands. Featuring HPUE technology, it offers up to 6x greater uplink power on Band 14. This increases range to AT&T cell towers, extends coverage, and improves building penetration. First responders will be able to effectively communicate indoors.
Using a FirstNet SIM card, the FirstNet MegaFi Fixed creates a WiFi hotspot. Devices can connect wirelessly or via Ethernet.
All-in-one support, router is SD-WAN capable and can be managed remotely.
