Extended Holiday Return Policy
We're extending our return policy for the holiday season. Any new signal booster kits purchased between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31, 2024 has a 120 day return policy. This applies to all new consumer kits. *Does not include data plans, RMS packages, managed services, commercial products, cellular routers, installations or refurbished units.
Shipping
Shipping on all items is Completely FREE within the contiguous 48 states. Should you choose to go a more expensive route, like shipping to a PO BOX, a small additional fee may be levied. We charge relevant sales tax based on the location of the purchase as determined by the shipping address.
Expedited shipping is also available on all shipments and this option is shown during the checkout process. All expedited shipping orders need to be in paid and placed by 11CST to qualify. For our friends in Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories the shipping fees are also shown during checkout.
We generally ship in-stock items the same day if ordered before 3PM CST. Our preferred shippers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Depending on the shipping options you choose, items generally arrive on time. For the contiguous 48 US States, First Class Domestic packages usually arrive in 3-7 business days or sooner. Priority Domestic in 2-3 business days. And Express Domestic in 1-2 business days.
For Canada, add another 1-2 days. For other international destinations, add 5-7. These are only rough estimates and should not be taken as guarantees unless expressed by the delivery carrier.
Do you require a Signature for Delivery?
All orders of $1,000 and over require a signature for delivery in all circumstances due to insurance purposes.

All expedited shipping orders need to be in paid and placed by 11CST to qualify. We have 100% confidence in our boosters. However if our team has been unable to provide a solution simply email (sales@signalboosters.com) or call us (1-800-470-6777). Please wait for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and detailed return instructions before sending any products back. Any expedited shipping paid for by the customer will not be refunded with the return.Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund process.
