With the XR Fleet, drivers and passengers will experience superior cellular reception in more places to keep in touch with those who matter.
First, you'll need to choose the NMO antenna location. Please reference the user guide for placement requirements. Then, using a drill with a 3/8” hole saw bit, drill a hole in the center of the desired location. Remove the metal collar from the connector, run the NMO mounting cable through the hole you drilled, and position the threads of the cable mount above the roof. Screw the collar to the base mount and tighten with a wrench. Finally, attach the NMO antenna to the mount.
Optional vehicle-specific antenna brackets are available separately, which allow for no-hole mounting of the NMO antenna on a variety of trucks, SUVs, cars, and vans.
