Vehicle signal booster installation is simple:

The Uniden UM50 will work in any vehicle or indoor location. It is designed for use while moving or in the interi of a vehicle, such as a car, SUV, truck, van, semi, boat, yacht, or schooner.
It is not designed for outdoor use.
The Uniden UM50 amplifies the signal reaching your phone at the source, so your phone doesn’t need to “connect” to anything. It isn’t a WiFi router – if your phone can detect cellular signal, then it will pick up the amplified signal the booster emits. As long as it is in the vehicle, it should be receiving amplified cell service.
